Welcome to Thawabet Recruiting Agency – RL 1439 (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Agency”). By engaging with our agency, using our website, or utilizing our manpower recruitment services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Our Mission and Services

Thawabet Recruiting Agency is a premier recruitment firm based in Bangladesh. Recognizing the immense potential of Bangladeshi human resources, we specialize in providing skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower to international clients, with a strong presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Malaysia, Kuwait, Qatar, and other locations around the globe.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By partnering with us—whether as an employer (client) seeking human resources or a candidate seeking overseas employment—you agree to these terms. Our vision is to help every client create a better tomorrow by delivering world-class, professional, and reliable human resource solutions.

3. Employer (Client) Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Clients must provide comprehensive and accurate job descriptions, salary details, working conditions, and contract durations for the required personnel.
  • Legal Compliance: Clients agree to strictly adhere to the labor laws and human rights regulations of the destination country (e.g., KSA, Malaysia, Kuwait, Qatar).
  • Visa and Processing Fees: Clients are responsible for providing the necessary visas, flight tickets, and relevant administrative fees as agreed upon in the individual service level agreements.

4. Candidate (Applicant) Obligations

  • Authentic Documentation: Candidates must provide genuine educational certificates, medical reports, police clearances, and identification documents. Any fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Commitment: Candidates selected for deployment must abide by the terms of the employment contract signed with the foreign employer and respect the local laws and customs of the destination country.

5. Visas, Immigration, and Approvals

While Thawabet Recruiting Agency facilitates the recruitment, medical screening, and visa processing phases, the final issuance of visas and work permits is at the sole discretion of the respective foreign embassies and government immigration authorities. We cannot be held liable for visa rejections or delays caused by government bodies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thawabet Recruiting Agency acts strictly as a liaison between the foreign employer and the job seeker. Once a candidate is successfully deployed and handed over to the employer, the Agency is not liable for subsequent disputes, injuries, or breaches of contract, though we will offer reasonable mediation assistance if required.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
